Hey Generation X, Y, Z or Now

You Ought to; should, best do...
That's what we're use to hearing. Someone with authority --in charge-- telling us what we need to do. And we all know how well that worked, right? Yeah, it didn't work. We still did what we wanted. And we either made our mistakes and learned from them or we're still trying to get it right. But the point is that we did what we thought was best for us. Have you ever wondered what would have happened if they would have just allowed us to make our decisions without putting their two-cents in? We may have made better choices. But, think about it, when it's happening, it's hard to know if we're doing what we want, or if we're rebelling against the voice of authority. Anyway, Guiltless Therapy allows us to rely on ourselves and takes the possibility of rebellion out of the decision making process. I know this has got to be be better than the alternative. Talk to me; I promise you won't have to rebel.

Just What the Dr. Ordered

I am so excited to be the first to bring to a neighborhood near you-- Guiltless Therapy. Yes, my very happy friends, guiltless therapy. I know you've been looking for me. Well, look no further, the guiltless Dr. is in. And for an added bonus--I'm a minister. How 'bout that! Two for one: a degreed, licensed therapist (3/09) and an ordained minister (10/00) who is not interested in making you feel worse to coerce you to change. This is your lucky day/blessed day--depends on what works for you. For now, tell me about your experiences with traditional counselors or ministers. I might even be able to shed some light on their approaches. I will then share with you the rationale for the approach I call Liberation Therapy--yup--it's about freedom.
