Hey Generation X, Y, Z or Now

You Ought to; should, best do...
That's what we're use to hearing. Someone with authority --in charge-- telling us what we need to do. And we all know how well that worked, right? Yeah, it didn't work. We still did what we wanted. And we either made our mistakes and learned from them or we're still trying to get it right. But the point is that we did what we thought was best for us. Have you ever wondered what would have happened if they would have just allowed us to make our decisions without putting their two-cents in? We may have made better choices. But, think about it, when it's happening, it's hard to know if we're doing what we want, or if we're rebelling against the voice of authority. Anyway, Guiltless Therapy allows us to rely on ourselves and takes the possibility of rebellion out of the decision making process. I know this has got to be be better than the alternative. Talk to me; I promise you won't have to rebel.
